How the calculation works

Allowed loss equals account balance multiplied by risk percentage. Position quantity divides the loss budget remaining after estimated fees by the entry-to-stop distance.

Create a consistent risk worksheet before entering a spot or derivatives position. Exchange liquidation rules are not used.
