How the calculation works

For a 50/50 constant-product pool, relative LP value is two times the square root of the price ratio divided by one plus that ratio. Loss is measured against holding.

Stress-test a simplified Uniswap v2-style position. Concentrated liquidity and non-50/50 pools require different models.
